Ingredients of Mapo Tofu Dandan noodle

  1. Prepare of Ramen noodle.
  2. You need of Mapo tofu (See recipe in description).
  3. You need of Soup.
  4. Prepare 300 ml of Milk.
  5. Prepare 300 ml of water.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of miso.
  7. You need 2 tsp of Chili bean sauce (Toban Djan).
  8. You need 2 tsp of chicken broth powder.
  9. Prepare of Boiled egg is an added bonus! (see tip).

Mapo Tofu Dandan noodle instructions

  1. Mix all the soups ingredients together except the milk and heat it.
  2. Once it starts boiling, add in the milk as well.
  3. Cook ramen noodle for 1 min. I got the soft noodle from the Asian market. Boiling it with vegetable oil will prevent the noodle from sticking.
  4. Add in the noodle in a bowl, put the heated Mapo tofu on a top, and add in the soup!.
  5. Feel free to add some boiled eggs as well! It goes super well with the broth (see tip).
